What are your corporate event photography rates?
Corporate event photography across NYC, Jersey City, and Hoboken starts at $450-$500 per hour, with a two-hour minimum booking. Shorter sessions are billed at a higher hourly rate. We offer flexible photographer options depending on your budget and event scale — share your details and we'll put together a tailored quote.
Full-day and multi-day packages are available at a day rate. Nonprofit organizations receive a discounted rate of $350/hour. Custom pricing is available for ongoing partnerships and agency retainers.
What's your turnaround time for event photos?
Standard delivery is 3 business days. If you need a faster preview, select images can be shared the next day on request, and a full rush gallery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee.
You can expect roughly 50-100 fully edited, high-resolution, watermark-free images per hour of coverage — ready for press, print, or social sharing. Web-optimized files are included for immediate use.
For executive, VIP, or NDA-sensitive events, restricted gallery access can be arranged.
What are your image licensing and usage terms?
Standard packages include unlimited usage rights for your website, social media, and internal communications.
If you plan to use the images in paid advertising or a branded campaign, additional commercial licensing is required. Extended options — including PR use, print/digital ad placements, and international campaign buyouts — are available on request; just let us know your intended use.
Do you provide headshots during events?
Yes. If you're booking Headshot Lounge as a standalone service, I shoot it personally. For events where you need both full event coverage and headshots, I bring in trusted colleagues to cover the headshot station alongside my event coverage — so nothing gets missed and quality stays consistent across both.

Do you offer videography for corporate events?
Yes. For video production, I work with experienced videographers and editors I've partnered with for years. We scale from single-camera setups for intimate gatherings to multi-camera, multi-day productions.
Deliverables can include a highlight reel, a full-length event edit, and short clips formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal use.
